SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE DELIVER
We currently deliver all across Pakistan
including all major and minor cities.
We do not offer international shipping
at this time.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2
working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays
will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a WhatsApp message with
your order confirmation and tracking details
once your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Lahore: 1 to 2 working days
- Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi:
2 to 3 working days
- Other major cities: 3 to 5 working days
- Remote or rural areas: 5 to 7 working days
Please note these are estimates only
and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur
due to courier workload, weather conditions
or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
based on your delivery location.
We may offer free shipping promotions
from time to time. Any such offers will
be clearly communicated on our store
and social media.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Please note:
- COD orders must be confirmed via
WhatsApp before dispatch
- If a COD order is refused at delivery
without valid reason the customer may
be blocked from placing future orders
- Repeated refusals may result in COD
being unavailable for your account

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will
receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.
You can use this to track your order
through the courier's website.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order is lost or arrives damaged
please contact us within 48 hours of
the expected delivery date with your
order number and photos if applicable.
We will investigate with the courier
and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
