At Ain Meem by Faiqa, we take pride in the quality
of every piece we send out. Please read our policy
carefully before placing your order.

EXCHANGE POLICY — 7 DAYS
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date
you receive your order. If 7 days have passed
since delivery, we are unable to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with no alterations
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds except in the
following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit
If any of the above apply please contact us
within 48 hours of receiving your order with
clear photos of the issue. We will review and
resolve within 3 to 5 working days.
If a refund is approved it will be processed
via bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days.

DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon
receiving it. If your item is defective,
damaged or incorrect contact us within 48 hours
at ainmeem49@gmail.com with photos and your
order number. We will make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale items and discounted products
- Items where custom stitching was requested
- Items returned without prior approval from us

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and reason
for exchange with photos
3. Wait for our confirmation — do not
send items without approval
4. Once approved we will share the
return address and instructions
5. Customer is responsible for return
shipping cost
6. Once we receive and inspect the item
your exchange will be processed within
3 to 5 working days
Items sent back without prior approval
will not be accepted.
